Shipping:

Products are dispatched within 1-3 working days of those in stock. For customized products, orders are usually dispatched in 5-12 working days, which includes painting, carving, engraving which are basically handmade and will take time.
Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 working days. International shipping usually takes up to 2-3 weeks, at times takes up to 5 weeks, due to the government rules and a country's jurisdictions. 

Notices:

The artworks, brands, originals, prints and more which are sold in the Website are the properties of their respective owners, creditors and respective trademark holders. Most of the owners/artist will be collaborating with us. Any changes will be updated in the notice.

By Purchasing our products, the customer by default agrees to our delivery timeline of 2-4 weeks. It would vary from domestic shipping to international shipping. At times it may up to go to 6-8 weeks in rare exceptional cases due to government policies and shipping policies in different countries. We have taken every step to ensure the artworks and products are accurate as possible which appears on our Website. We do not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free at times. The products colours might vary depending on the screen you are viewing the products such as monitors or mobile screens. Products might be delayed due to out of stock, Delayed clearance, international shipping policies, poor weather conditions. If the product varies from our description varies from what is delivered to you. Your solution is to return it to us in unused or undamaged condition. We shall process and replace the product, in any case if we can’t, we will refund the amount in full.
