Refund & Cancellations
REFUNDS- RETURNS- EXCHANGES - CANCELLATION
Wrong Item or Damaged Item:
The Product must be returned back to us within 5 days of Domestic shipping (15 days for international shipping) from the date of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed once products are received and verified by us. The amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 10-15 days.
To avail refund the following conditions must be met:
• Product must be in its original condition along with the packaging and invoice.
• No wear and tear.
• Buyer must inform us within 12 hours of receiving the product in case of damaged/wrong item.
• The product must be not be used or tampered with.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the product received was damaged or wrong item was sent.
Products will be exchanged only if it meets our following policies:
• Proof must be submitted while requesting for exchange (photos/videos of the damaged product). Once confirmed, we will replace it with new one.
• When buyer receives wrong product, buyer must send it back to receive correct product.

Customized Products and Flash sale:
• Customized products are not returnable nor refundable.
• Flash sale items are not returnable nor refundable.
