Copyright Disclaimer under Section 107 of the copyright act 1976 - YOUTUBE GUIDE

Copyright is a form of intellectual property law that protects original works of creative expression. i.e. Artworks, music, content, etc.


If you are using other's content make sure that upload the below paragraph in your video description. Using other's content (Third Party Content): for reproductive/ whatsoever purposes, credits must be provided.


NOTE: Usually content created owner will not share with you for free, of course in return you need to pay royalties or subscription amounts. There's more to talk about it. For now, when you use third party music/art/content, ensure you copy paste the below content in description.
